An opportunity has arisen in our Oxford Depot for a Service Administrator to carry out Retail, R & M and Warranty invoicing.
The role will include ensuring that all customers’ invoices, credits and accounts are maintained, all purchase order numbers are taken and that all enquiries are dealt with promptly and courteously. You will also need to ensure that all Credit Control queries are dealt with promptly and that the query EPQ screen is cleared down daily.
The successful applicant would have a positive demeanour, work well as a member of a successful team, be comfortable talking to customers and ideally have a background in the motor industry. A working knowledge of Kerridge ADP would be advantageous but not crucial, however you will need to be computer literate and be comfortable with MS Office products.

Start date: ASAP
Hours: 5 days per week 9am - 5.30pm and 1 Saturday morning in 3 - 08.00 to 12.00 - with a half hour unpaid lunch break.
